At Wonderland Shower Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all shower fixtures and accessories are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original boxes, ensuring all installation components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
